Craig Ross has been a joy to work with regarding repair work on our home after Hurricane Michael. Craig Ross did everything he committed to do regarding repairs. He called to let me know when he was going to be here, what project he would be working on that particular day, and when to expect the workers involved with project If for some reason he was delayed, he called to let me know he would be late and give me new time of arrival. I really appreciated that about him. He kept me up-to-date on everything that was happening. So many contractors could care less whether you are up-to-date or not, AND they certainly don’t let you know when they are coming or going. I highly recommend Craig Ross for any building contract needs I might have in the future…because I can trust that he will do what he says he will do.
